Chocolate Mille Crêpes

A chocolate version of our Signature Mille Crêpes. Count and find no less than twenty paper-thin chocolate crêpes, each one rich with cocoa and outfitted with lacy edges. Crêpes are layered with chocolate pastry cream and finished with giant chocolate curls. Serves 10-14.
